Building things the right way has been a passion of mine since childhood. Starting with building blocks as a child, through model cars and aircraft in my youth then transitioning to real cars and aircraft as an adult, I have found enjoyment and felt pride in a job done well and done right. I have been a full-time auto technician for the past 25 years, but from 1984 until 1988 I served in the U.S. Navy as the Aviation Machinist Mate aboard the USS Kitty Hawk. The responsibilities of that position reinforced the importance of doing a job well and of absolute of safety when lives are at stake. Knowing that every part you touched or built is safe is a continuing philosophy today, safety is paramount. A great running, driving and solidly-built vehicle that we can be proud of is our shared goal. Pride of workmanship, words to live by . . . .
